Saya's are available in either curly maple (lighter wood) or walnut (darker wood), they are all fitted and designed to work with the chef knives that are available in my store.
The knife fits snugly in the Saya and is held in place with a mahogany or maple pin.
The saya is meant for storing your high end knife in a drawer with other knives. It will protect your knifes surface as well as the edge.
**Please note if you order this for any knife other than the chef knives we sell we can not guarantee that it will fit your knife.
